Three weeks of solitude and finally an answer to my prayers. I found foreigners and not one or two; I found several. I also found several great bars and other various nightspots to go to as well. I have found that most foreigners here are of European descent, at least in my limited encounters. Most that I have met are Irish and English with a dash of Canadian. However, the two that I have hung out with the most are both from California, Andrew and Peter. Both are good natured guys that are funny and a blast to hang out with. This weekend has totally given me a new perspective on Daejeon and is extremely invigorating.
KICKS ASS: I found a bar called Woodstock. It is a small bar that plays great music. Particularly vinyl 70's rock. (i.e. The Allman Brothers, Neil Young, and James Taylor. It is right up my ally.
SUCKS ASS: My internet is giving me trouble. (i.e. I don't have a connection in the morning when it is night time in the states.)
