The Korean Gene Pool

Some of you may find this to be a very peculiar title for a blog. Let me just begin by saying that I have had a few moments in my time here when I have become quite startled walking along in the streets. Why is this? I see a Korean every once in a while that looks very peculiar. Not in any kind of deformed way, or in a way that they would be considered hideous. They look like caucasians. Their facial bone structure is not that of other Koreans but of Americans. They have blue or green eyes, which is not normal I assure you. The only thing that places them within their race is their skin color or hair color, but their facial features are uniquely western. If you never thought about the difference between bone structure, I assure you you will consider it when you are thrust into such an immensely different race and culture.

What could be some of the reasons for these differences. Well I imagine the Korean War may have had something to do with it. Since the Korean War, America has had a military presence in Korea. People all over the world do what they are made to when the chance arises. So roughly three generations have been exposed to the western-caucasian gene pool. It happened in Vietnam, so I am sure it happened here a decade earlier. This again is possibly a blog that is not that appealing to some. But when you find yourself in a sea of Koreans, these one or two anomolies stick out like a sore thumb. Not only is it attention-grabbing but it is very interesting to see how watered-down all races are becoming. And that in time, a lont time albeit, there won't be much racial integrity. This is the part where I diverge from extremist-bigots and say that that is the work of Satan or some other evil manifestation; but it is the truth.

Sucks Ass: I have a growing disdain for the screams of girls ages 7 - 12

Kicks Ass: I am going to Busan this weekend. It is on the coast, and I should see the ocean and meet some cool new people.
